Why I Created Talk to Taylor

In 2025, I launched Talk to Taylor to expand my ability to offer affirming, strengths-based support to individuals, parents, and families.

I believe in helping people reconnect with their intuition, communicate their needs clearly, and create relationships rooted in safety and care.

Before I found my way to this work, I was a statistical analyst with a business degree—and no idea that my real purpose would come through parenting. When I became a mom to two incredible, neurodivergent sons, everything shifted. The journey was nothing like I expected. It was harder, more humbling, and far more beautiful than I could’ve imagined.

Raising them required me to unlearn so much: about parenting, about control, about who I thought I was supposed to be. It also taught me the importance of honoring difference, both in my kids and in myself.

As I re-entered the field of therapy, I began working with people—many of them undiagnosed—who felt overwhelmed, misunderstood, and disconnected from their own inner knowing. I saw myself in them. I knew what it felt like to be figuring it out in a world that doesn’t always meet you where you are.

I created Talk to Taylor as a space for individuals and families navigating those in-between places. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I offer virtual coaching for people who are ready to unlearn, reimagine, and build something more affirming—for themselves and the people they love.
